I've been on the game for a few months now, but I'm kind of itching for some action on the map. How do y'all suggest I go about using the map more? Do I just start hopping around and capping people or something?

Just hop around and loot hunt. That'll get you some reactions!

Make goals. Pick a place you want 2-300 miles away, then plot out your course with smaller checkpoint towns to plant in along the way. Being greatly spread out is a prime tactical advantage.

Alrighty. I'm going to hop to Carpentersville to claim the capo (about 300 miles away) and try to get to 10k by the time I'm there. 😃😃😃

That's the way to roll. 😉 and if you hit your turf limit dot fret! Just scroll through your turf list and find the least profitable. 9 times out of 10 there is a better place you could have that turf.

Hyena is right though, dont slack on punching. No point in getting to a big city if you cannot defend yourself.

That's exactly what I do. I hunt around looking everywhere in usually about 10 miles mabye more.

Setting goals is a good point! So easy to forget why you're hopping around, or where you want to be.

I hop around looking for small towns, which is hit and miss since some days the geocoder give you the larger area... Got car bombed going through an area that did that. Partially because I forgot to message him that I did not intend on grabbing his capo status, and was passing through.

I also found some people recognize 👣, as that you are just hopping around, while others like you to use the word hop, or phrase "passing through". Everyone expects to see your hoping turf to be torn down witin 24hrs-3 days -- had a few capped when I went for a long weekend mid hop.

I tend to use a combo of the above when hoping around populated areas.
