I thought that being a capo meant that u did not pay police bribes on ur turf income ??

Am I wrong??

It's only for the areas where you are Capo. And it takes a few minutes to kick in.

Ok ty, taken a closer look and it appears that the next street is in a diff area! At least in game terms.
