Good balance of upkeep vs income

What percentage do people generally keep when buying upkeep weapons. If your income is 350k, is 100k upkeep decent?

I'm wondering the same thing. For now I try to keep my upkeep ~30% of income... but that may be a bit conservative. ..dunno. (lvl30)

My upkeep is less than 10%. And i'm not doing too bad.
