1. Ask him to lower influence and if he doesn't take
his turf
2. Play fair and just plant more turf (I don't want to do that)

By the way it's a small capo.

If he is under 3K then build, If more than 3K cap.

Capo's are pointless. They only serve as bragging rights. Take a look through your turf in that area and ask yourself if you are really using the placement of the turf to its full potential. More often than not you are losing money just to keep a capo. I'd just let him have it, then tax the shit out of him and see how badly he wants the capo.

Sometimes you have one for sentimental reasons, others to track people's movements through an area. If I want to keep one (and they are smaller) I will pm them requesting they teardown a turf to give it back. If no change in 24 hours I will cap one to take it back and pm them suggesting future turf be built elsewhere.
