How do you get the don to help you??

I think the Don helps low level players so they have a chance to get into the game without being destroyed straight away. I don't know what the cut off is though, I heard 30 but belial mentioned it's lower.

And then I'm not sure if the don only helps you from people above a certain level either.. So low level players below that probably can attack u without u getting don help coz ur a similar strength.

I believe it's level 25. But it also has to do with attack number as well to a level point. I believe it's fairly complicated. But level 25 seems like the best indicator

Ya me too. I lost mine somewere around 15. It can't be 25 because this one guy was attackin and beatin me when I was lvl 17
