One more question about vendettas

Sense u can't cap a turf in a vendetta and u can only distroy it with a turf that's in caping range would anybody in the vendetta be able to distroy it or only the one with the turf that's close enough to cap it?

Only the player that's in range

It's based on the attackers turf. This is an important part of strategizing your vendetta.
