  If I buy extra turf from the don and I get 4 of em do I have to wait till I would normally get those four turf to continue getting em every 2 or 3 levels

  If I read you right, your 4 turf purchased will not effect any you gain from promotion of level. The promotion ones will be just added on to your new max level.
