I have 1860 influence and bringing in 325k an hour. Is this normal or below average?

It could be normal. It could be low. It could be average.

Too many variables to answer that question. Are you paying police protection? Protection to other players? How many players in the area where you have turfs? Weapons upkeep?

A majority of your turf is out there all alone. You could double or even triple your income o those turfs by moving them closer to other players.

Compare the income of your Phegans turf to your Roadside Track turf.

If you're not over your limit you can. You only get back half the money you spent on upgrades, but it will payoff in the long run.
