I'm going to Cali soon and I'm about 15 turfs over my limit. Should I delete my turfs and drop few out there or should I just raise my limit with DP? Which would take like 75 days. Lol

Tear down the ones that will be easiest for you to replace when you do increase your limit. Then you still get to plant in a new area.

Tear down or spend cash. Spreading yourself out is a good tactic.

I think it will be the upkeep on the weapons that will kill him. Further he will be weakened when he first plants turf for about a month in a new area, so capping back up will be difficult.

Also tear down turf that isn't making the max income, 53.6k, that way you loose less income. Buy four turf a day it's only a two point difference in price compared to waiting 24hr.
