Ive been reading where I get protection til level 15. At what point should I level up to increase the inf of my turfs?

Go to top mobsters, look at the mob section for all the mobsters in your Area, you want to have more mob that All of them, (at least most anyway)
Do not leek up until you Have done this!

Um, I was just kidding and kind of making a point. Are you really going to wait until you have more mob than the top mobsters in your area? For most people that would mean not leveling until you get over 10k.

In Ohio every top mobster has over 15000. Guess he's still screwed.

Don't worry about that I went past 15 smaller than you. So you have a head start there. You don't lose complete protection it starts decreasing though. As long as you keep punching you should be fine. Aim for a minimum of 100 per level but if you can an extra 50 or 100 won't hurt. You also need to ensure you arm them right as well. Happy Turfing.

It really depends on your area. Mobbing up hard and staying under 15 is helpful if u are surrounded by big agressive players, but not worth it if everyone is a small fry.
