Playing 2 days turf already under attack
Forums › Help & Strategy › Playing 2 days turf already under attack-
I've been playing only 2 days and already my turf is under attack. Is this normal? The other player is quite strong too. Any advice on what to do? Thanks
-
That's normal. What to do:
1. Talk to the guy. Explain your situation.
2. Build your mob. -
Thanks! Building my mob like crazy. I guess posting in the forums is a bad idea because now I'm getting personal attacks too!
-
That sucks. Some people are just idiots. Where are you? maybe I'll be within range to help you in my upcoming trip.
-
He's in the UK, around London.
-
I'm a little the same- just been on it a week and someone who's twice my level has attacked everything 13 times in the last half an hour. Once or twice maybe but that's a little OTT. Any other suggestions or is talking the best option???
-
Always talk first. If that doesn't help, go through the NSA thread and see if there is anyone around you that can help.

Main thing to do is punch those codes. With only able to afford weak weapons early in game the mob number major important so all those cheap weapons can be used.
You're gonna have to endure some beat downs. Just keep out of their cap range, monitor the enemy builds and grow. Usually I'm against banking but if yer getting spanked a lot by another player as a noobie you may want to bank - other noobs may not bother if you don't give up some green
-
I would suggest stocking up Galesis and Kevlars as opposed to banking. You don't lose 15% of your income, and there is no upkeep on those items. Buy ahead and let your mob grow into them.
-
I normally try and bank as much as I can so it's not all lost getting kicked about. He/ she's about 300 more in mob numbers so I'll try punching as many as I can find. I've just purchased a henchman too if that's any help at all. Message has been fired off so its just a case of waiting for a response. Thanks guys, invaluable tips as always!!

I've been buying a ton of galesis- I'll also buy Kevlar now. It was weird about the attacks on my turf - the guy lives 10 miles away I have no idea how he attacked my turf. I don't mind the player attacks but the turf attacks freaked me out. I bought guards and cameras and stuff and now my income has dropped right down. All of the attacks have been multiples but haven't been repeated later on - I'll hold off contacting the attackers I don't want to say anything to anger them. Thanks for all the advice.
-
I know what you mean about the turf attacks - I think it's more because it's the time and effort taken selecting the turf, building it all up and then having it destroyed. The personal ones are fair enough though.

Sell the guards and cameras. Don't buy defensive upgrades. You're money will go a lot further on weapons if you build your mob. The best thing you can do is go to a code site to add mob. And henchmen are essentially just another mob member-except they cost you real money. They're no stronger than any other mob member.
And attack range is 1000 miles. But cap range is much, much closer. Almost no one can cap from more than about a mile away.

I started playing this game last Monday so a week ago and I was in same boat this guy twice as strong as me was attacking me and wouldn't stop , I got help from forum members as I weren't even strong enough to start a vendetta!! What I done was bought some turf upgraded it so I get a decent wage in then buy as many grenades and kevlars as u can and go to www.mobcode.org to build up your mob. This was the advice the forum members gave me, and yesterday I attacked the guy back put him in emergency room and took one of his turfs :D karma lol!

You can put every upgrade you want on your turf, but with only 550, mob it's still going to be easy to take.
You will be adding 124 defense to your total. That's the equivalent of 10 AK47's. Defensive upgrades will drain your income. Build your mob and spend your income on arming them.

Ah ok thanks
