Turf initial income?

Depending where I place my turfs, it can range anywhere from 4.0-5.6 thousand an hour. Income increases for turfs placed in crowded areas, so does that mean if I place more turfs around my old turfs it would increase the income?

Also, its impossible to estimate how much each turf will earn even though they start out with the same initial income. Why is that?

The turfs income will increase the more there are of different players around you. So even if you have 6 turfs all close together with no other players turf you will have the lowest income. But say there are 5 or 6 different players turfs around you then the income will be much higher.
