My turfs income is cut by other users with area overlapping. How do I regain full income from my turf?

Make your turfs influence equal or higher than theirs and you won't pay protection.

And keep leveling up till you unlucky the gambling dens. Once your turf is at 84 influence it won't pay protection to another player
