In this forum I will tell you how to identify non-in use players so you can take their turf or whatever.
1:Watch what level their at, if it dosnt change for about 3 days, go to step 2.
2:Check their Comments, If the last comment they have had is 1 week old refer to step 3(no matter what go to step 3)
3:Comment them and if no awnser is given go to step 4.
4:Normally at this step they can be called inactive but, to be sure, Attack their turfs(only 1) to 0 inf. Repeat this for 2 days if nothing is said then more than likley their inactive.

I usually give them a little longer to respond but yeh that's how to check.
