Can you boost your strength or energy more than what you start with

Energy, u can use skill point to increase it. Each time u level up, u gain 3 skill points. Idk what u mean by strength. If u mean stamina, that can also be increased with skill points. If u meant like attack and defense, u just need to mob up and buy more weapons.
