If your influence goes above the 10% level of a stronger player by say 3 turfs at 84, if they cap 3 of your turfs an u go back under their 10% level can they no longer cap you?

If you have less than 10% of another players turf, there is no way they can take your turf. If they capture your turf you lose influence and they gain. Then the rule applies to the new influences. I hope that helps :)

I wouldn't rely too heavily on the 10% rule because bigger players can sell off turf upgrades to reduce their total influence to overcome this.

It only takes a few minutes to drop a couple thousand influence points....kind of a pain to do, but if you really want to cap someone, it's not much of a deterrent.

It took me forever to sell off 120 Turfgrades with that f'ing sell bug.
