ER question

This may seem stupid/cheap/whatever but is their any way to extend the time you are in ER? In other games adding health adjusts the ER limit, but here it always seems to be 30hp regardless.

If you want to stay in the er, just attack someone. Win or lose you'll take at least 8 damage and be put back in the ER. Attack once every 40 minutes or so and you'll stay in there.
