Hold down over what you want to copy until a popup cones up and asks if you want to select, select all or copy. The selected area will have a circle at the top left and bottom right. Hold and move each until you only have what you want selected, then hit copy.

To paste hold on the input box until another popup comes up like the previous one. This time click paste.
