Okay? I figured out the trick for renaming a turf to whatever you want. Just follow these steps:
1) Select turf you want to rename, go to turf details page.
2) Tear down turf (trust me!)
3) Go back to Turf Map
4) Click the "+" in the upper right and then tap the same location the turf used to be.
5) Now you can name it whatever you want!

Hope this finally helps everyone with this major problem! Happy renaming everyone!

Just repeat steps 1 and 2 until you're under your limit, then continue to the next steps. It's so easy, even a caveman could do it!

Yes, it costs some money. But that's the price for renaming a turf. However, right now if you do it you get the new turf fully upgraded for half the price once you tear down the old turf! I don't know how long that deal will last now that people know, better do it while you can!

I tried it and it works. Not only did I get to rename my turf, bit I got to put it in a more populated area to make more money.

The guy who started this thread is a moron.if you tear it down then make a new one it's not renaming it it's just making a new one.there is a difference and I can't believe the earlier replies of omg and works 100%.are you all thick enough to think that's renaming.

Stupidest post I've seen yet. You just told people how to increase how much turf building costs by 50% unless you cap the turf to begin with.
