How is influence figured?

  On my turfs page it shows 9996 inf and on my profile it shows 10006. Where did the extra 10 come from?

  The extra influence comes from some of the Tools & Loot you have. They don't say it, but a couple of them seem to give 1 or 2 influence boost.
