Increase turf limit

Ive decided to finally bite the bullet and pay for respect points to increase my turf limit. This had a starting cost of 12 points, but suddenly went up to 13 respect points. How often does this increase occur, and how much does it eventually cost to increase ur turf limit.

It goes up with every 2 turfs, but goes back down after 24 hours.
