I think it is good that these two are asking for help in the help forum. I always try to PM new players in my area offering to answer their questions, as well as pointing out the stickies on this page. The stickies are
Wonderful, but there are many unwritten rules and styles of play that aren't documented. I'd be happy to help any player who asks. After looking at your stats and gear, Da Mental, it looks to me like you would benefit from some help, as well, but that's just one player's opinion.
