Sometimes I get attacked by a player and when I pull their profile, it says they are too far away to attack. How can they attack me if they're too far away? Does it mean they're spoofing?

It means they probably just have turf near you.

So you can attack someone in range of your turf, but they can't attack you if you're far away from that turf ?

correct. But you can still attack the offending turf. Maybe even hop over and cap it. Then the problems done with
