This is a freaking retarded alliance. Why the f*** would u make a rule about having less than 1000 mob to be in it? So if one of u are getting picked on, are u all gonna bow before the bully and all share the bitch slaps from his pimp hands? Ok this idea had a good opening premise however it has a very fatal flaw.
First off, I really like the opening concept. Something nice for the smaller players, most of which won't be invited into the big alliances.

The problem comes in because your first leader leader left for what? He left because his mob went past the mark. So anyone wh reaches past 1k mob has to leave? This opens up a large set of problems.

Problem 1) you are actually encouraging small players to stay small. I mean if I were to reset I would be able to be in your group like 2 days at the most.
An alliance should foster growth and not encourage a lack thereof.
The other major problem I see is what was already mentioned. If every member of your alliance is bellow 1k you'll never be able to truly defend yourselves.

I agree. Wouldn it be good to have allies with a larger mob influence to help u all out?

What I think would be cool is to have an alliance like yours that only take 1k and less mobs but set goals for your members. Something like everyone has to pass 1k mob the first week or you're out. Something like that. Give the members of your group one more reason to aspire to something greater while at the same time making your alliance stronger. I may create such a group myself if no one beats me to it.
