When can higher levels start attacking me? Is it based on mob/inf or level? When am I not safe?

By this i mean turfs... Capping etc.

Look at both of your influence levels, for you to be safe you must be under 10% of the bigger players influence. That's only for capping, if they wanna fight u there's nothing u can do but have more mob that's fully equiped with top armour and top weapon
