I have most of my turfs in the US, and 2 of them in shanghai, china. In the us, wherever my turfs are I am capo so I don't pay police protection. In china, I don't have it, and the turfs give a very low income of 8.1 k, even though both are 64 infl.

You need to build closer to other players.

More players=higher turf income.
