Someone has threatened to take my turf. I haven't been in a battle yet so I am asking what can I do to increase my chances of winning? I want to focus on defense but don't have enough income to protect them with defense upgrades. So tips and advice people! I have all my mob with body armour and miniguns. Bring on the advice!

If u can't win u should try avoid it with diplomacy. Meanwhile, build ur mob like crazy.

Miniguns and body armor for optimal defence. Don't waste money on turf defences.

Understand that a mob with 300 can defend against a mob with 500 simply because the defence of 1 minigun and 1 body armor is huge.
