Battle Question

I'm a little confused so can someone explain in detail how fighting and mobs work and all that one weapon one armor per member stuff?

Each mob if equipped carries 1 weapon & 1 kelvar or armor. And they obviously carry the best ones u have if u have bought sufficiently.
