Some1 in my city is already capo, I have about 20 more infulence than him, and he is 3 levels above me. How do I take capo from him?

Build some more turf and increase your influence in the city you want to take over. You may have more overall influence, but it's probably spread out into another city, that's why you haven't gotten capo. You could also capture some of his turf.

Eli, just FYI, I am capo now, I beat the$hit out of that guy who was higher than me.
