I doubt it but figured id ask. Is there a calculator that can calculate another players income. I figure technically based on location and upgrades itd be possible, but probably a huge endeavor... If one exists please link it

No. You would have to know every income. If all the turf are 86 and in decent areas you can lowball it saying they make 45-50k on average. Then multiply by number of turf.

If the city is small enough or they are high enough on the money leaderboard in that city, I suppose you could watch their cash go up and get a pretty decent estimate.
