turf limit and caped turfs

i was at my limit (ie 75/75) and capped a turf, tore it down to rebuild/rename and my turf limit stayed the same and now i cannot rebuild and I have nothing to show for it. Why?

If you have a limit of 75, and cap one turf, then you have 76. If you then tear one down you'll have 75, which is your limit, and you won't be able to build another until you only have 74. Tear one more down, or raise your limit via Don.
