Theres a guy level 8 near my turfs, he got 18 mobs, 1 turf and 18 influence... I checked his weapons for fun... And i just saw 2 knuckles and 9 chainsaws ?!?!? Can someone explain this ?? Where he got theses crazy weapons i've never saw... Probably nick have the answer...

Sorry nick most likely will not answer it. He already answered it before and i will answer it again for u cuz im feeling generous right now.
The weapons you saw are the new "loot items" that were released a few weeks ago. Right now we are pretty sure that they are unlocked by reaching certain levels. A noob would have these weapons because the level when u loot the item is pretty low, helping the noob become more interested in the game and less likely to quit early on. As for us veteran players...we cannot get those loot items at this point in time cuz we already passed those levels. We are awaiting our chance for loot items, but as of now, no higher ups have looted anything, so we are pretty sure that the items werent released for the veteran players.
You could dig through the general discussions forum and a couple weeks back would be many many threads about the new loot items. And FYI chainsawcharlie did know it, he was just too lazy to repeat it again and again.
