Buying tools?

Who do some tools have limits? Is there any incentive in buying additional tools? Even at
the elite level, you'll never need more than one bond, then why would they limit it at 3? Will getting 3 increase your profit of the mission?

Try it and see.

The game is still growing and evolving. My guess is that it will all come in to play at some point.
