Why am I losing money?

I was on 677 million and now I'm down to 668 million. Also I make 3.8m an hour and I was on 660 million and in 8 hours it was only up to 670 million. I didn't spend any money and I didn't pay for Amy protection.

Why is this happening?

Defensive upgrades on turf?

Police protection expired?

If you got attacked and you lost you may have lost some money.

I have no defensive upgrades on turf and my police protection hasn't expired.
And I haven't been attacked. Even if I was I would had have to been attacked a lot of tines to lose a few million.
