  Where to start hmm. Imagine the world chopped up into smaller squares inside lat/long squares. Small enough that anywhere in that square is, say, less than an hour car drive... Then you generate a random point within a square, this becomes the same random location in all squares on this map. It generates a nice and local random target to use as a goal for something.... Oh damn it, I'll send a link.. ;)

  My game suggestion is cap a turf off as many different players whose name starts with a letter..... Or someone whose name has a number in the name

If we conduct our discussions in a thread, everyone can log in at their leisure & review the chain of events & respond as required.   I'm starting to lean toward the idea of putting all the voting on a public thread. The only problem I see is outsiders posting their own votes which could make things confusing. Pal has it's pluses but it hasn't been performing well as of late. Why not do everything public besides the voting for membership.

  I don't think it's a good idea for players to see who is and isn't voting for their membership but as far as anything else goes we have nothing to hide

  that's a good idea.. The forums are obviously the most convenient option, but really, won't players who aren't involved just get irritated if we have 2-5 GD threads going? I mean, imagine if there were 4 London vs the Northern Firm threads. I don't care about that in the least & I'd kinda feel like it was clutter.

  @Belial - thanks man for the one suggestion of pax changing name most and down the fight list... I'm just slightly above 50% of their mob. So do I get a bigger prize? Lol...
