My capo title taken by a person with less influence??

I was a capo but then it says that the title was taken by another mobster but he has less turf than me and I have more influence than him. All my turf is at 64 and his varie from 5 to 50. Does anyone know why the capo title was taken from me?

Capo is determined by influence in the specific location only. Not total influence.

I'm helping him via comments. The person in question has 76 influence in that area and he only has 64. Pointed out how to look that up via top mobsters list.
