Can you only use as many weapons as you have mobsters?

1 weapon and 1 shield per mob member. So if you have 2000 mob you would buy say 2001 minis and 2001 kevlars. 1 being for you. The reason people have mutiple types of weapons are that for example, Tommy guns have more attack so when your attacking, you use tommys. However when your defending, the higher defense weapon is used (e.g. Lapuas)

why do some people with say 4000 mob have
4000 body armor,
4000 tommys,
4000 lapuas and
4000 knives? lol surely its best to bank the money losing 15% when buying & selling weapons you lose 50%

Ppl that buy just as many smaller weapons but yet already have just as many better ones are probably just doing something with the money they have. Either that or they still have no clue why is used in battle. Plus, there r no upkeep on the smaller weapons. Some just buy them for fun.

Sone people have excess grenades so that when they punch codes they don't have to buy a more expensive weapon straight away and grenades have no upkeep so once you have one it doesn't cost you anymore....
