New turf earnings?

I've noticed that my 2 newest turfs earn slightly more the first hour. Does anyone else also notice this? If so, why is this the case? For example, a turf with a no upgrade earning of $6.8k will net me $43.1k the first hour then settle at $39.4k thereafter. Anyone getting this too?

Yea I've noticed it. When you first build you get a base income, I think after some time once you build it up, it goes away.

Your Razor wire has an upkeep cost. It doesn't get added in until after the hour that you purchase it.

Same principle as when you have to pay one hour of police protection when it expires and you renew it.

This happens to me everytime I build a turf, the income goes down about 2k which really isn't a lot.
