Go to your profile and press vendetta then you can choose to "declare vendetta" and then it will bring you to the vendetta setup screen to create your v. To invite or target players, go to that persons profile and choose to target or invite. The first 24 hours are when you cant use your vendetta to attack or Capp turfs. You can have 4 members max in your v.
