I'm on low health thanks to being picked on by BOBBO and it won't let me heal anymore. Will it heal over time

Yes but when damaged, you should heal it by pressing the: Heal this turf for $16.8K button
Because turf heas quite slowly, at a rate of 2-3 points per hour, if I am correct.
