Is it fair game? I see some nice loot I can take but I have never been into capping so I was wondering if capping a person for loot is ok. Thanks.

As far as I've heard around the forums - yes.
Although not excessively, you don't want anybody to quit!

I hardly ever cap my only capped turfs are a few I got on gas day but if I can take loot I will. I'll usually just destroy the turf afterword too I don't like being over my limit

I love to take loot! Kanoka is right... Don't get too greedy. You don't want to make someone quit over it... Keep in mind.... There is always more loot out there!
