More mob or better weapons?
Forums › Help & Strategy › More mob or better weapons?-
I'm reaching a point where my ability to arm my mob is falling behind. I mob up about 300/day but can't put the higher quality weapons in their hands. I know how important mobbing up is, but is there ever a time to ease back on mobbing and concentrate more on arming them with good weapons? In other words which is better: a larger mob with poorer weapons or a smaller mob with better weapons?

I'm only a level 15 so don't 100% trust me but you should start buy buying free weapons and then upgrade to better weapons as you get the money because a mob member without a weapon is useless.

Always keep mobbing up. Just arm with AKs and no upkeep weapons.

That's kinda what I thought but just wanted confirmation. Was just tired of getting beaten up by smaller mobs with better weapons.

The no upkeep guns like Galesi's give you cheaper defense per dollar than any of the upkeep guns, so you don't need to buy upkeep weapons if you can't afford to buy weapons for every single one of your mob members.

Mobbing up is the most important thing. You can backfill with weapons later.

I started out arming my mob with grenades and body armor. I'm now in the process of arming up with sniper rifles.

If you are aggressively growing your mob, my experience is that it takes a while before that growth levels off to a point where you can start to buy upkeep gear. It's all about balance. I maintain my income at over $2m/hour. That means I can have some Lapua's to give me strength to match my equals. Some smaller than me with higher influence can still out fight me, but I can equip fast and with 1b in the bank I can afford a fair bit.Baron Von Fritz wrote:

Weapons will always be available. Some of the codes posted today in the matrix will soon be lost forever.

I see the two as unrelated really. You mobbing up continuously has no Negative effect on ur current income. Thus, it has does not affect you ability to arm ur mob or lack there of.
I say just keep mobbing. Buy whatever no upkeep weapons and armor you can little by little.
