Are you more apt to get more and/or better loot from doing the loot missions that use more energy? Basically I'm looking to find the best mission to run to find turf loot. Anyone know if it's weighted or not?

How do we know this? I have begun keeping track of my missions by taking a screen capture of every single one, then recording the results in a spreadsheet. Here is what I have so far... and it isn't much. It took 47 runs of the Port Heist to complete the Pro level of Mastery. During this time I only received loot on two occasions; 5x Kevlar-lined Suit and 1x Omerta. I now need 10x AR-15 Assault Rifles to continue the Port Heist at the Elite level of Mastery, of which I have none. So now my question is, are my odds of getting this rare loot item better doing Burglary, as I can do more of them in less time, or should I do Crack a Bank safe to get a higher chance of receiving the rare AR-15s?
