Why can't I beat turfs?

I keep attacking turfs that are pretty weak and I can't beat any of them how do I beat them?

You can't attack them anymore if they are brought down to 0 health but if you are attacking turfs that are owned by much weaker players than yourself then the Don is interfering and that makes it exremely hard to beat them.

Turf is also protected by it's mob. The turf may be weak, but if it's owner has a stronger mob than you, you will likely lose that battle.

The guy isn't to much weaker than I am but weak enough that I should be able to beat one of his turfs that only has 26 inf. And no defense except razor wire
