I feel that if the mob x weapons against another player should be pretty cut and dry. More offense than defense should equal a guaranteed win every time. I've fought some assumingly we my matched players (didn't do exact math, just went with it) and sometimes you'll get an outcome of wins and losses. Why would this happen if the numbers off and def numbers stay the same with every fight?

Typing too fast too realize the typos. Sure y'all understand though

There is still a random element built into fighting. Equally matched players will win and lose fights against each other.

Random element, eh? Where is that info?shouldnt weapon offense beat defense and vice versa....no matter what? Its a simple numbers game. Seems like even the self proclaimed TW gods can't answer this one

Well think about Risk. That game also has a big random element in attacking/defending and I feel it adds to the excitement o the game!

You are guaranteed a win if 30% stronger. Less than that there is an element if chance for example a sniper can take out a lot of people without getting hit. But one person spotting the sniper can render them useless with a grenade. I hope that makes sense.

You've got to think of it as chance. If you're substantially more powerful, you have an excellent chance of winning. The odds are stacked in your favour, if that makes sense. If your attack and their defense are close, the chances of you winning diminish. If the numbers are really close or the same, the fight could go either way. The idea is to get much larger than your opponent before attacking.I feel that if the mob x weapons against another player should be pretty cut and dry. I believe that when the same size, the win will go towards the defender not the aggressor.
You will win some at 15% larger, then ranging upward to pretty much all at 30%.
If I'm incorrect, hopefully someone will correct me.

If you want to know ahead of time whether you will win outright or not, use a stat calculator to determine your opponents defense stat, then multiply that by 1.3. If your offense is greater, then you will win outright.
