So here I am, punching away and Im starting to wonder how many people approx. will actually add me? What ratio have you code puncher people noticed for punches to adds?

It varies.....but there have been times where I've gotten close to 70%......

Lots of inactives temp codes are usually the best cause it's the players that have just started and check their account regularly

It really depends on how many mob that you already have. Under 5k about 80% return is normal. 10k 70%. Now that I'm over 20k I only get about 40% or so return. I do get a better return from the temp codes and the codes that have been added each day.
