Cap on attacking turf in 24hrs?

Is there a limit on the amount of time you can attack a turf in 24hrs? If there isn't there should be, as I have a member constantly attacking my turf but so far hasn't won 1 battle but doesn't seem to stop em, it will only take a fluke win from him to capture said truf. It is really very annoying as you have to spend your resources repairing

If you are stronger, you can very easily overpower the player and reduce all their turfs to 0.

Well that's the thing when ever I attack them I win about 15% of the time, so it's not viable for me to attack him. On the flip side he was attacked my turf about 40 times in the last 4 hours and hasn't won a single time but us still costing me money to repair the turf

So attack him constantly. Not his turf- but him personally. Every chance you get. Keep his health depleted so he can't attack.

Or take over his turf, reducing his income and making him even less of a threat !!! I had a guy constantly attacking me, but now I'm big enough I've taken at least 10 of his turfs in 2 days..... Needless to say, he doesn't attack me anymore !!!

I wish there a limit on turf attacks. I've been hit ~150 times today, and it's barely the afternoon.
