Influence to Mob Ratio

So I remember seeing this one thread about if you have over so and so a number of influence to mob then it is ok to cap another players turf until It gets to a certain ratio. What was the ratio if anyone knows?

For those reading this OTB set the ratio as 3 influence per mob member. Anything over that makes you a potential target. Especially if you have capped a large proportion of the turf.

Yeah I capped some turf from a guy with a 4 to 1 ratio. I just wanted to see if I was in the clear or not.

This is turf wars! Regardless of ratio, I clear you to cap people.
