I've always notice the experience colum on my profile but never bothered to ask what it is... So what does it mean❔

It determines when you level up.You get xp from missions and fighting.

Oo ok so like the number in the left us how much I have then the number on the right is how much I need?

Yes. And the red bar at the top is the graphical representation of those numbers. Red being the xp you have and black being what you need to achieve the next level.

Tea I got the bar but I never really bothered to think about the experience thin on your people ahahaha
