I'm planning to turf hop somewhere really far. Since I don't want to face dead ends. I'm planning to route it through google maps. Since it's the same system will it work?

Should work, might have some problems with freeways and stuff not counting if there's no regular roads next to it, so try and make sure there's always regular streets and roads if possible along the way.

you can using the tap tap trick. Nick said it was ok as long as it was on freeways

What is that tap tap trick anyways? I've tried rapidly tapping on the map, but it just zooms in. When i press the plus in the upper right hand corner, then tap, it just says that i cant build there.

(*cough) just press place turf and then rapidly tap on one of the green areas it will work if your doing it right, just don't go out to sea, or if you do don't blame me when you get reset. (*cough)

You can change the option on google maps to avoid highways. It will tell you what roads to take instead.

even trillions... it was way over half a billion for me to hop from London to Eastbourne and out to sea.. that was only about 70 miles..
